- If someone is thinking of working with Annie, what would you tell them?
Mekdela, what was it like working with Annie Jennings PR and her media team?
After publishing, it was my goal to break into the broader media. I had done a lot of indie media. Working with Annie helped my accomplish my PR goals
#AnnieJenningsPR offers each radio client unlimited media training, how did you feel about your readiness and confidence doing the radio interviews?
I felt prepared and confident.
Mekdela, are you leveraging your media interviews and letting everyone know you were featured on NPR and SiriusXM, and other prestigious shows and networks. Do you find that you created credibility for yourself?
Yes, I have posted the interviews on my social media accounts and on my website which has gotten a lot of hits as well.
You mentioned your goal was to get out into the mainstream media so how did you find #AnnieJenningsPR and decide to work with her on your radio publicity?
I did my own research to find PR firms that work with self-published authors who provide marketing campaigns for the media. I looked into a lot of them. What I liked about Annie was that her Annie’s website really stood out to me. It was very visually appealing and attention-grabbing. I loved the anecdotes from those who have worked with Annie and the real success stories
Plus, just the fact that it appeared that #AnnieJenningsPR is a women-led firm and that really sold me on working with Annie
Mekdela, what would you tell other authors wanting mainstream publicity about working with #AnnieJenningsPR?
I would say if your goal is to reach a wider audience to get into the mainstream media and to have enlightening conversations. It’s a great idea to work with Annie.
She has the most affordable and reasonable prices of the companies that offer PR services.
