Real Story – “Annie Is At The Top Of Her Game, Sheer Competence, Unparalleled Excellence!”
Why did you decide to work with Annie Jennings PR for your book promotion?
Real Publicity client, Dr. Howard Edington says “the #1 reason is that the publisher had worked with Annie in the past. He was very high on her as a recommendation. It was clear we had to start our book promotion with Annie Jennings PR. Once I started working with Annie I never looked back. It was spectacular!”
He loved Annie’s book promotion and publicity team. What was impressive?
What stood out for me in working with Annie Jennings PR was sheer COMPETENCE. The ability this PR firm has is unparalleled. What they did for me was truly extraordinary. Jason, Annie’s ‘on staff’ media trainer who stands ready to help throughout your campaign, schooled me absolutely perfectly. I was completely prepared and ready to be a confident guest on a radio show.
Stacy, Annie’s Radio Director, prepared me for the individual radio interviews. I felt completely at home because I was given so much information about the host, the station, the format and what to expect with each show. It turned out to be great fun. Stacy was so thorough in giving me all the info I needed to be successful.
Everything was perfect. Annie’s team made it easy.
I encountered nothing even remotely negative in the entire experience. The hosts and interviewers were classy people. They obviously had done their homework. They knew what questions to ask. They were supportive of me. They were eager to engage and allow me time to share my message. It was a wonderful healthy dialogue and I found that to be encouraging to me. It turned out to be great fun. I was looking forward to the interviews every day.
I could not have done this had it not been for Annie Jennings PR
One of the perks of your book promotion radio campaign is unlimited media training, how did it help?
Howard says “I used the media training with every single interview. I realized I had the security of knowing that if things got off track, which they didn’t, I knew how to respond and get the interview back on track. Jason was so expert in my media training. I was very comfortable with each interview. I had his tip sheets with me on every interview as well.”
What would you say the best thing was about your book promotion experience with Annie?
I would be hard-pressed to name one thing. I think that it was having the confidence of knowing that even though I had limited experience I was completely prepared. This gave me a sense of security that I found made a difference. And one of the best things about the radio campaign is that I had the chance to engage with these extraordinary interviewers. It was amazing. I was thrilled to be able to converse at a significant level with people of that caliber.
What would you say to others thinking of working with Annie for book promotion?
I would say that without any hesitation, Annie and her team are at the top of their game. They are extraordinarily talented, committed and gifted. I would not look anywhere else. I would start with Annie Jennings and I would end with Annie Jennings.
