He has over 35 years of challenging followership and leadership experiences in the military, corporate America and Academia. He has been an Associate Professor, a Director of Military Programs for Boston University, a Thought Leader, and International Independent Consultant. If you ask Wayne, his greatest joy and accomplishments, are being a husband and a dad! Jennifer Milius is an entrepreneur, developmental editor, coach and accomplished author. Jen believes that each of us have something special to offer, but sometimes it takes a leap of faith to be willing to share that gift.
